Khaya Engineering (Pty)Ltd is a BEE Company with the majority owned and controlled by Andile Qaku. Khaya Engineering (Pty)Ltd) main focus is to utilize the Previously Disadvantaged Communities for employment in specialized industries namely Engineering and Mining in both current and future endeavors by means of supply and maintenance. Strategies have be developed to assist in the reductions of costs and elimination of safety hazards. The management team of Khaya Engineering (Pty)Ltd ensure safety standards and compliance to policies and procedures are adhered to, and always strive on construction and mine safety standards with proactive involvement.

Founding member, studied marketing at RAU and Finance Control Systems at Wits. He spend 2 years as and Apprentice in Engineering. He also has experience in engineering Expeditor, completed 2 years of research in London and re-engineering related course in Germany. Radiation control systems in Randfontein Estate Gold Mine for 4 years. Andile overall has 20 years in the engineering and mining sector at senior level.
